Overview

Americal Patrol, Inc. ("Americal Patrol," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable law.

By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use our website:

  • Contact & consultation form: Name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, and any message you include when requesting a security consultation.
  • Employment application form: Name, phone number, email address, work history, certifications (such as BSIS Guard Card number), and any other information you include in your job application.
  • Chat conversations: The content of messages you send to our AI chat assistant. These conversations are stored in your browser's local storage (on your device) and are also sent to our AI processing service to generate responses.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

Standard web server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and performance purposes and is not linked to your personal identity.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit through this website is used to:

  • Respond to your security consultation inquiry and prepare a custom quote
  • Schedule and conduct free security consultations
  • Review and process employment applications
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry or application
  • Improve the performance and content of this website

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following service providers solely to operate this website and respond to your inquiries:

  • LeadLinc / GoHighLevel: Our CRM and form processing platform. Information submitted through our contact and application forms is stored in our GoHighLevel account and used by our team to respond to inquiries.
  • Anthropic: Our AI chat assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you use the chat widget, your messages are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
  • Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address when fonts are requested. No personal information is shared with Google through font loading.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our team, clients, or the public.

Cookies & Local Storage

This website uses browser local storage (not traditional cookies) for two purposes:

  • Chat history: Your conversation with our AI chat assistant is stored in your browser's local storage so it persists as you navigate between pages. This data stays on your device and is cleared if you clear your browser data.
  • Cookie consent: We store a flag in local storage to remember that you acknowledged this privacy policy, so we don't show the consent banner on every visit.

You can clear all locally stored data at any time through your browser settings (Settings → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files / Local storage).

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know: You may request a summary of the personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used or shared.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is required.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
